You can email Customer Relations and ask about our products and services or request specific information about your account.
Chat
You can initiate an Internet chat with a Customer Relations specialist Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. CST.
Warning: If you have Windows XP and have Service Pack 2 installed on your PC, pop-up blocking is "on" by default. Our Internet chat feature employs a pop-up dialogue box; therefore to use the chat feature, you will need to disable the pop-up blocking feature. For instructions on how to disable this feature, you can go to the Microsoft Web site for more information. For a temporary solution, click on the Internet chat feature and enter your name and telephone number. While hitting the "submit" button, hold down the control key. This will allow you to access the chat feature.
